LivingRoom Euchre
The Midwest's own card game: 24 cards, a partner across the table, and a jack that changes its mind about which suit it belongs to. First team to ten points takes it.
What it's like
Partners, properly
Tap a player and then a seat to set the partnerships, or leave a seat for the computer. Stick the dealer if that's how you play it.
The bowers, drawn right
The right and left bower sit where they belong in your hand, and the table shows what trump is at a glance — no counting on memory.
Going alone
Call it alone and your partner lays their cards down. Take all five and it's four points.
Nobody waits forever
An optional clock gives each bid and card 15, 30 or 60 seconds, and the dial only shows when someone has gone quiet. Two in a row and the computer plays for them until they're back.
